Dear Rowley,

When I was first introduced to the opportunity to buy the Rowley Country Club and some surrounding acres, I was intrigued by the possibilities of reinvigorating the club and expanding the golf course, but otherwise had no preconceived notions about what — if anything — should be built on the land. Much of the area has been scarred by long forgotten businesses that left abandoned vehicles and leftover buildings from old mink farming and fish processing operations.
But what if it could be revived and renewed and a place to live, work and play? And to help the town meet its needs for affordable housing?

So, the next step was obvious to me: Ask the folks who know Rowley best. You have ideas, for greener spaces and housing where people can afford to grow old here. And naturally, you also have concerns - about traffic, strain on infrastructure, and protecting our natural resources, especially water. And you want Rowley to still be Rowley.

With your continued input, a vision for a vibrant, active, residential, recreational, and commercial community has now started to take shape — with benefits for everyone in town.

Come check it out. We are invested in this community and with your input we are building something to make Rowley proud. Give a call or shoot me an email to chat. If you have ideas and concerns, we want to hear from you.

Your neighbor,

Ted Speros
